First begin by taking the blender and dump one entire carton of strawberry banana yogurt inside. Add one sliced banana into the mixture as well as eight frozen strawberries. Next pour one third of a cup of milk into the blender and seven ice cubes. Place the blender lid on tight and pulse the mixture on low for about two to three minutes until thick and smooth. Pour the smoothie into a glass and you can either sprinkle diced fresh strawberries and bananas on the top or garnish with a teaspoon of sugar. Enjoy! (You can actually use this recipe and exchange different fruit and yogurt for other tasty fruit smoothies!:) |
